Mister Smartee remains perfect in 2024

Mister Smartee made light work of winning the $100,000 Group 2 James Brennan Memorial at Gloucester Park on Friday night.
The 4-year-old son of Always B Miki went straight to the front off the gate and cruised to a comfortable one and a half length win over the Group 1 winner Sangue Reale in the 2,536m feature.
It was his seventh win from seven starts this season and took his overall record to 12 wins from 14 career starts for earnings of $230,826.
Bred by Dancingonmoonlight Limited, Mister Smartee is out of the Stonebridge Regal mare Luna Danza, a half-sister to the 2002 Group 1 Nevele R Fillies Series Final winner Whanau.
